Zenabu Janet Akubah
Zenabu Janet Akubah has worked as a Social Worker with over 15 years of experience with the London Borough of Waltham Forest and 3 years with Help Foundation, Ghana.
Zenabu is endowed with vast and extensive experience in Policy Formation and Implementation, Community Development, Multi-agency collaboration, Critical Analysis and reflection, Advocacy for Services and Resources and Project Management.
Working for the above organisation in the capacities of initially, a front-line Social Worker to managerial level meant that Zenabu’s role included modeling Social Work roles, setting expectations for others and contributing to public face of the organisation.
As well as contributing to the practice development of colleagues and implementing the core competencies of strength-base and needs-based perspective to clients in a social service setting.
Zenabu holds a Masters in International Social Work and Community Development from University of East London, Diploma in Best Interest Assessment from London Metropolitan University, Social Work Post Qualification from Brunel University, Diploma in Social Work from University of Legon, Ghana.
Zenabu currently Consults and Trains in Customer Service upon obtaining a degree in same from London Metropolitan University and in house training with the London Borough of Waltham Forest, UK.
